Where do we fit in?

Dementia

Dementia is not a specific disease – it’s a term used to describe a decline in brain function, such as symptoms that impact memory, performance of daily activities, communication abilities, etc.

Alzheimer's

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, but it is not the only one. Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease of the brain that slowly causes impairment in memory and cognitive function.

Our Organization

Dementia-Awareness.org delivers educational assistance and services to potentially improve quality of life for those with cognitive impairments that could one day lead to an Alzheimer’s diagnosis.

Our minds are stronger when we work together.

Your support will help improve the lives of individuals facing varying types of cognitive impairment,  their loved ones and the professional caregivers who aid them.

Our Partners

Dementia-Awareness.org is not a cure for Alzheimer’s, Dementia, MCI or any other disease or behavioral disorders.
